As payment options, we accept online payments via online payment feature (powered by PayPal) in our website, as well as you can pay directly to our bank account. Please enter the relevant Order Number in the description of your payment. Your registration will not be complete unless your payment has been approved. Please do not send us any credit card numbers, since it might not be safe online and we do not have any use for them.

Upon cancellation of a training reservation, 50% of the total price of the training fee (Administration & Cancellation fees) will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 15 days prior to the registration closing date. Cancellation of the training reservation after registration closing date or no notice cancellation is liable to pay the full amount. There will be no refund.

As a sustainable company, we organize transportation from Airport to Hotel in Standard Accommodation Package. Also, the transportation services are in our VIP Accommodation option for two way, Airport to Hotel-Hotel to Airport.
