“Fun, empowering and engaging”
The trainer kept my interest throughout the course, and I enjoyed the interaction. She was enthusiastic and made the course interesting and informative. She was very knowledgeable, provided practical tools, backed them up with real life scenarios and made me think about possible scenarios at my own workplace. The course was relevant to my needs. I have been employing the skills and practical tips provided and it has changed both my work and personal life in such a positive way already.
