We successfully completed “Assessment and Development Centre Design” training with great participants from Qatar, Bahreyn, Baku and London took part the 5 days workshop.
The participants gained valuable insights into developing an assessment center right from scratch, learnt the various assessment techniques and aligned them with their organizational goals. As the aim of this program, took place on 17-21 April 2019 in Istanbul, participants received both the proficiency and understanding that would help the professionals run an assessment center more effectively.
This course will run again in Istanbul on 25-29 June 2019.
